ahhh. good day.
slept in.
went to go buy wrapping paper and ran into all sorts of good people at the bookstore. i hadn't seend medford or dewy in AGES. those crazy regulars. scored a free drink AND managed to pick a few gifts up. spent like ninety bucks, but worth it. uncle ed, check. amelia, check.
i got part of the nieces present. why is it so hard to shop for kids!? all the cool stuff isn't made for kids mackenzie's age, so that might be a little more difficult. it was fun shopping for mads though. i still think the bouncy ball is mad cool. It's glittery! but i knew rex&katie would kill me if i actually bought it for her (will probably be buying it for myself anyway haha) ((also, r&k, what do you guys want for xmas??))
anyway, and now i'm going to clean the apartment up a little bit, then get ready for the christmas party tonight. i'm pretty excited. i've got a nice new dress for it, there will be free beer, an awesome 70s funk dance band, and a date(ish). super stoked.
decemember is the best month EVA. |
